EXPECTED
The user should be able to go back by clicking the PREV button at the bottom. This should directly take them back to the previous step.
ACTUAL
The PREV button does not appear to work properly when creating an Adult or Juvenile card. Specifically for the Account Information step where the user enters Username & Pin. Click PREV button actually takes the user forward to their previously submitted username and pin at the REVIEW step
This impacts the Account Information step for BOTH adult & juvenile card creation.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Create a card whether adult or Juvenile.
- Follow the flow until the user reaches the PERSONAL INFORMATION step. Fill out all required fields then click next
- ACCOUNT INFORMATION step should be displayed enter username & pin then click next
- REVIEW step should be displayed with Home address, Name, Email, Username, Pin. Now click PREV button
- ACCOUNT INFORMATION step should be displayed with the previously entered username and pin CLEARED. Click PREV button.
- Notice how the user is taken FORWARD and REVIEW step is displayed with previous entered username and password.
