On Andorid:

Should test the following to observe the effects:

1. Start with two android devices and verify they have the same bookmark list in the same book.
2. Put device 1 offline.
3. While offline in device 1, create several new bookmarks inside the book
4. Tap back button, close the book
5. Reconnect to the internet
6. Re-open the app, and re-open the book, wait about 30 seconds and just keep the book open (this should sync the bookmarks in the background)
7. Open the book on device 2, see if the new bookmarks (made when offline) have been added to the list on device 2

This is testing logic for mass-uploading marks that have not been uploaded yet.
