If someone is only reading from one device, they should not be seeing any kind of message asking about which page they want to navigate to. The app should in theory reject this incoming message if a user is only reading on one device.

Test:

• Read to a certain page and hold there for at least 3 seconds before tapping "back" and then quitting app
• Turn off internet on the device, then go back into the same book, and move several pages forward to a new spot.
• Tap "back" and close the app.
• Turn internet back on
• Open the book:

Expected: the book should open at the most recent page (when it was offline) and should also NOT present a sync message.
