When scrubbing forward while paused, the app should go to a new start-point and stay paused.

When skipping forward after that, app should display a new start-point.  Right now it keeps displaying the most recent scrub-point instead of the new skip-start-point.

But if you then hit play after skipping in this state, the app does start at the new skipped-to start-point.

Steps to reproduce:

1. play in chapter
2. tap pause
3. tap new scrub point (example: 2 or 3 minutes forward)
4. tap 15-sec-fwd skip
5. app should display new start-point (but it doesn't)
6. tap play
7. app should play at new start-point (15 seconds ahead of last scrub-point)
