If you run NovelistSnapshotScript and the response is anything other than a 200 status code, NovelistAPI.put_isbns_novelist will return None and the script will have no output.

If there's a NoveList problem, the script needs to log the problem at the ERROR level so someone can see it and either fix their configuration or escalate to the development team or NoveList.

While we're at it, bin/novelist_update needs to be chmod u+x, or it can't actually be executed.
