The various Mock* classes in the Android test suite module should be collected up into a single package for readability. This is a refactoring that the IDE can perform automatically, but the resulting commit will touch hundreds of files due to class names changing.

Requirements:

• The mock classes should be declared in one package to avoid future duplication of code and to make it easier to determine which mock classes we already have.

Acceptance criteria:

• All of the mock classes are in one package.
• The test suite continues to work.
