1. add NYPL and/or make sure you are signed out
2. In Catalog tab, select SimplyE collection
3. Go back to Settings tab, and select NYPL
Observed: Barcode/pin fields are not visible.
Workaround: Go to Catalog tab and switch to NYPL catalog.
Notes:
- This does not happen if the user is already signed in.
- No other library is affected.
- this was introduced in 3.6.0 for the SAML code.
