Add a "jackpot" feed for books available in different formats + DRM schemes

XMLWordPrintable

This will guarantee that an integration client can test the DRM negotiation and rendering process for every format available through a given library.

This is a pretty complicated piece of work because DRM schemes and formats aren't currently stored in Elasticsearch. We either need to build this feed through the database or we need to start indexing this information.

At any rate, for most integration tests that start out "Open an EPUB" or "Open a PDF", we can use the Open Textbooks or SimplyE Collection libraries to acquire a known good document that will always be available. In most cases it shouldn't be necessary to authenticate with a public library and negotiate a DRM system just to get into the rendering engine.
