In the 5.0.10 release of the Android SimplyE app there is no way for a patron to communicate with their library's support service. Since the library's help email is a required part of the auth document, there should always be an email to use.
To see issue:
- Load SimplyE v5.0.10
- Navigate to "Settings" tab
- Tap "The SimplyE Collection"
- Check for "Report an Issue" between "I am 13 years" and "Content License" menu items
