Overdrive audiobook downloads error out for libraries that do not require a password

      Libraries such as Kalama Public Library do not require a password for downloading Overdrive audiobooks. 

      In this case though downloads always fail. The reason is that we should provide "password=ignored" and "password_required=false" in the body instead of an empty password
