On Open eBooks iOS build 1.9.0 (14 and 15), it looks like there's a hard-coded Firstbook ID in there somewhere. If I install fresh, go through the tutorial screens and tap "Log in with Firstbook," it directs me to the login screen but there's already an ID and PIN in there that is immediately submitted. This occurred on both an iPhone 6S and an iPhone 12. Logging out prior to uninstall and reinstall had no effect.
Steps to replicate:
- Make sure you have uninstalled any Open eBooks apps
- Install Open eBooks build 1.9.0 (15)
- Open app
- Swipe through tutorial screens
- Tap on "Log In with Firstbook"
- Note the fields are already filled with an ID and PIN and the page is already verifying
Acceptance criteria:
When tapping on "Log In with Firstbook" on that post-tutorial screen, user should be directed to a log in screen with empty fields and the login text visible but grayed out.
