Currently, the registry admin interface uses each library's `timestamp` date to display the library's creation date. Turns out, though, `timestamp` actually refers to the last date the library was updated, not the date when the library was created. We don't have the date when the library was created. But...we do have the date when the library's contact email was validated, which seems like more relevant information than the most recent update date...
