Business need: Leonard currently supports account ID reset requests and we can free up his time by giving librarians a tool to do it themselves. His description of the current process: every few days I get a request for an Adobe account ID reset. I reset the Adobe ID using the bin/repair/adobe_account_id_reset script. I can handle this myself but the staffs of other libraries will not be able to run this script; they need a solution that involves the administrative interface.

Description: Librarian looks up patron by searching for a patron by barcode. Authorization identifier is typed in, confirmation step where they are made aware of consequences. Shows the patrons name and information about what is about to happen.

• GIVEN I'm a librarian logged into the 'System Configuration' dashboard 
• WHEN I select 'Patrons' in the main navigation 
• AND I enter a patron ID into the specified field to change Adobe account ID and select "Enter"
• AND I select "Reset Account"
• AND I select "Proceed" after confirming
• THEN Adobe account ID is deleted for the patron
