Context

Currently, libraries that have the same or similar names present problems when trying to choose a library, especially for screenreaders. 

This is a problem both for libraries that have the same name:

• Houston County Library (GA) vs Houston Public Library (TX) 

As well as libraries that have similar spelling names:

• East Hartford
• East Lyme
• East Providence
• ....

User Story

As a user, I want to easily identify my library, even if it has the same name.

Acceptance criteria from BRD

• Patrons must be able to differentiate libraries with the same name
• Patrons must be able to differentiate libraries with similar names
• Patrons must be able to identify their library by the name and at least one other identifying criterion
• Patrons should see all libraries in the same visual treatment
