Our Android app was rejected by Google due to the fact that our age gate explicitly states that our age boundary is age 13. We need a free-entry date picker.

Note: this is an MVP version in order to get our releases out. Further enhancements will be done after the Finder is implemented.

Requirements:

1. When entering the SimplyE Collection only, a patron should be asked to enter or choose a year that would indicate their age.
2. If the patron chooses a year that marks them as 12 or under as of current date (e.g. 2008 or higher) they should only see the content in the SimplyE Collection that is appropriate for children under 13.
3. If the patron chooses a year that marks them as 14 or older as of current date (e.g. 2006 or lower) they should see the all the content in the SimplyE Collection.
4. If the patron chooses a year that marks them as either 12 or 13 (e.g. 2007) they only see the content in the SimplyE Collection that is appropriate for children under 13. We are explicitly accepting that this makes our content 14 and over until we have a date solution that doesn't require us to process a patron's DOB.
5. The information about the patron's year choice should not be not saved as a date on the device or server.
6. A patron should not be able to edit this date in the app for this MVP.
7. The patron should not know what our age boundary is, nor what the effect of age choice should be.
8. Changing age choice should require uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
9. We should accept years from 1900 up.

Acceptance criteria:

A patron who wishes to use the SimplyE Collection is asked for the year of their birth, and cannot move forward with viewing the catalog without doing so. Any patron whose birth year indicates they are 13 and under should only see content designated as appropriate for children.
