Currently the only binaries produced by CI are for code merged into the 'develop' branch. This assumes that someone doing development can build and test binaries for their own purposes during the development process.

But this isn't true; some developers don't have access to the secrets and proprietary code necessary to build a full SimplyE release.

For the benefit of those developers, we should automatically build binaries for pushed development branches and publish those binaries in the corresponding 'binaries' iOS or Android project.

Ideally the name of the branch in the 'binaries' project would be named after the branch whose code was used in the build, and deleting the branch in the original project would delete the branch from 'binaries'.

But to get started, it should be enough to just publish binaries into 'binaries' with distinctive names.
