Set up an OPDS feed to import https://standardebooks.org/opds/all and run the self-test. You'll get an error indicating that a relative link was not resolved into an absolute link:

This might just be a problem in the self-test, because I'm pretty sure the actual import resolves relative links. But it might be a problem with the whole importer.
