The Figma diagram for the "library finder" feature shows a feature in which certain libraries are specially badged with words like "Online" and "National". To design the server side portion of this feature, I need to understand  how many badges there are and exactly what they mean.

In the technical approach document I laid out a presumptive design for this feature based on work I've done previously. The simplest way to respond to this ticket is probably to add comments to that document. I can take your feedback and hopefully come up with a final design.

Here are the areas where I'd like feedback:

• I list the badges I expect to see in the initial release of the software. Is this list right?
• I list a number of specific libraries, some of them fairly unusual, and ask how we should expect the "library finder" feature to match each library to its patrons.
• I list a number of specific questions about the relative priorities of libraries with different badges with respect to unbadged libraries and each other. The UX for this feature seems to imply some business logic which I would like to make explicit.

This is a separate topic, and I can file a separate ticket for it, but I'm putting it here for now because it falls under the general category of "feedback on the technical approach document". Based on my experience with the geographic distribution of  libraries, I'm skeptical about the value of the distance filter feature. I'd like to talk it through before we put a lot of effort into it.
