As part of the overall deployment of the Python3 versions of the back end services, we need to deploy to the production clusters for the SimplyE library registry.

There is no database migration, but the interaction that runs from SimplyE through Adobe to the library registry can only be tested after deployment. We're prepared to back out the deployment if something stops working here.
