Deleting a collection is a pain and a half at the moment. When a collection is deleted:

• Use cascades or something similar to control the deletion of

  collections_identifiers

  records

• Ensure that a collection's data source is removed at the same time that a collection is (or at least that orphaned data sources can be identified)
