Currently our Identifier Resolution process creates a lot of duplicate contributors in the database. There should be a means to get rid of existing duplicates and/or minimize future duplication without overwriting contributors with the same / similar names with the wrong information.

(In #91, @daryanypl recommended checking birth & death dates, and @courte recommended a script / migration for such purposes.)
