As a result from the SPIKE: Investigate conversion of Circ Manager tests to Pytest fixtures, I think it's best to start the Pytest conversion with the core data models tests. This will help build up the collection of fixtures to use in the rest of the tests conversion to Pytest as mentioned in SIMPLY-4024.

There are 25 tests in the `test/models` folder that need to be converted.
