Create a login page using DS components and hook the components to the correct endpoints on the server-side. Work with DS team for input and ask whether page should be included in DS Test App.

Note that for the purposes of this ticket, calling the registration endpoints and receiving any documented error is considered a success. QA for this ticket should not assume that there is a working database of users.
