Nick moved the library registry from uwsgi to gunicorn as its UWSGI server, and in doing so greatly simplified the configuration. We should investigate doing the same for the circulation manager. 

This might not be possible since the CM configuration is significantly more complicated than the registry configuration – we might be using features that are only available in uwsgi – but we're not using a ton of weird uwsgi features, and once we move the admin interface out of the main app server, we will probably be using even fewer uwsgi features.
