The gunicorn configuration for the registry sends accesslog and errorlog to standard output. In the context of how we deploy our Docker images, I think this means the logs just get lost and we can't look at them later. They should be sent to a file, the way our nginx logs are. That will also let us scoop the logs up in New Relic once we instrument the registry with New Relic.
