Books whose primary identifier is a URI like https://unglue.it/api/id/work/145669/ currently can't be looked up in the metadata wrangler, but this should be possible.

Either the metadata wrangler should be able to look up data based on that kind of URI, or the circulation manager should be able to pass in an ISBN associated with the book, rather than the URI itself.
