Link to create_event controller from within OPDS feed.

      As per https://github.com/NYPL-Simplified/circulation/pull/485#discussion_r115326706, we need to start linking to the create_event controller from an entry's OPDS feed. Currently the mobile clients guess the URL to this controller, and the URL is about to change.
