      related to #813

In certain unexplained scenarios, the app can be in a "logged in" state but not actually have an adobe activation present. In theory this would explain that a book is still encrypted (showing as blank pages) even though it shows the title in the loans feed.

Normally a sign out and sign in would correct this, but there's no reason the app shouldn't be able to try and correct the state by directly re-registering without requiring explicit user input.

The bug should first be reproduced by setting up the client in such a way that it keeps a user logged in but with 0 on-device DRM registrations.
