S16 SIMPLY Jul26-Aug9
We've got about 125k Adobe Account IDs in the NYPL circulation manager. They should all be copied over to the library registry so that registry can answer questions about them on its own, without having to delegate to the circulation manager.
About 17k of these IDs are known to be obsolete. I've filtered them out and written a script that copies the non-duplicates into the library registry, preserving things like the database IDs. (Preserving the database IDs will let us copy over additional IDs created the circulation manager, until the changeover is complete.)
Once this is done we should be ready to contact Adobe and ask them to switch over to asking the library registry for Adobe IDs instead of the NYPL circ manager.
