Once we launch the library registry, we'll ask Adobe to certify it as a Vendor ID server and to make it the official handler of requests for the "NYPL" Vendor ID.

When that happens, requests will start coming in from SimplyE users activating their devices. We will be able to handle these requests by delegating to the old server at https://circulation.librarysimplified.org/AdobeAuth/, but we need to move all those delegated patron identifiers into the library registry, both for performance reasons and so we can, eventually, remove the Vendor ID code from the circulation manager codebase.

When we migrate from the Open Ebooks app we'll need to do the same thing for the Vendor ID server at https://circulation.openebooks.us/AdobeAuth/.

Only once both of these circulation managers are no longer being asked to manage any Vendor ID related requests (delegated or otherwise) and we remove the Vendor ID code from the circulation manager.
