Evidently, https://jira.nypl.org/browse/SIMPLY-1325 did fix a bug where audio would start auto-playing if the scrubber happened to be moved while in a paused state. But we don't want the same behavior when the audio is already playing and the scrubber is moved.

In this second case we do want the audio to auto-play from the new scrub-point, if it was already in a play-state when we moved the scrubber.

Currently on Android we get a paused state when the scrubber is moved while the audio is actively playing. On iOS, by comparison, moving the scrubber while the audio is playing does not pause the playback: it just continues playing from the new scrub-point.
