In LFA, because the profile system is running in normal mode, the first screen the user sees is the profile selection screen (there's no splash screen).

In NYPL SimplyE, the profile system will be running in "anonymous" mode, and the first screen the user will see is a splash screen which then leads to a library selection screen or the catalog.

This needs to be reorganized so that both apps do the right thing based on what mode the profile system is configured to run in, what account information is present in the current
profile, and so on.
