Ability to identify a Library from Accounts.json by ID or UUID

      Accounts.json needs to provide 2 identifiers for Libraries:

      numeric ID and UUID

      and the mobile apps can use either or (eventually, the apps will only use the UUID)

       

      How to test:

      • list of libraries shows up correctly
      • when you are logged in with a library, then update the app (using the new accounts.json), your choice of library is kept.
