As a user I want to read a eBook in SimplyE on my phone or tablet even if it is a PDF because I don't have a PC

Acceptance Criteria

• Open SimplyE
• User clicks read on a book or article that is in PDF on MyBook or from Catalog
• PDF formatted content opens in the Reader View
• PDF is listed on MyBooks if Downloaded or Borrowed
• PDF is listed in Reservations if on hold

• Rendered content must be accesible (if a published PDF vs a Scan) to assistive technology
• Scanned PDF document must let the user know it is not accesible material
• Navigation and controls must be labeled for assistive technology representation
