There are various cases where the app encounters a "Problem Document" error (see simply-756, simply-780, simply-948, simply-1067, simply-1620), and currently the patron doesn't receive a user-friendly actionable message via the app.
There are changes needed in the code to improve how these errors are transmitted through the app, including to enable more specificity about the cause of the problem, and to time better the message to the user.
We need to revise how the user is informed of those errors and the flow of interactions to solve the different kind of Problem Document.
