In general, when a grouped feed is made for a lane, the sublanes show up first, and then the lane itself is given its own group at the bottom, with the title "All [x]". Most of the time this makes sense, like with the subgenres of science fiction showing up and then "All Science Fiction".

Sometimes this extra lane is completely unnecessary because the sublanes are exhaustive of the lane's content and there's no reason to want to see all the content.

See this feed for an example:

It should be possible to turn off this section of a given lane's grouped feed. It would also be useful to customize the title. "All the SimplyE Collection" is awful, but "Everything" wouldn't be so bad. (But better still would be to not have that lane.)

This isn't a problem in most libraries because WorkLists don't include themselves in their grouped feeds. This means the "All" lane doesn't show up on the top level, which would clearly not be helpful. But in The SimplyE Collection, what appears to be the top level WorkList is really a normal Lane, due to the age gate, so the extra group shows up.
