As a Product, I want the SimplyE collection to be available in the Circulation Manager

      A new library in the Circulation Manger will contain The SimplyE Collection.  

      We import every title from that collection into The SimplyE Collection, rather than going through and whitelisting individual titles (as Open Bookshelf does) the starting collections are FeedBooks, Plympton, and unglue.it
      The existing SimplyE Collection whitelist will be used as a quality indicator to make sure those titles get better treatment on the grouped feeds except for the 'children' part of the whitelist – we will have a 'children' lane that only includes titles from that list an unresolved question: adding all this content (especially the Plympton content) dramatically changes the lane structure.  

      The benefits are:

      • The Collection can be better measured in terms of usage
      • The Collection can be better curated
      • The Collections Search is improved
