We have a lane in SimplyE that is showing the wrong - dramatically wrong - books. "Essential Reads on Feminism" is showing things like beefcake romance and children's books in other languages, when they're not in the lists added to the lane. Edwin notified me of this first at 4:36 pm on 8/17, and when I went into the circulation manager to fix it, I couldn't edit the lane at all. I asked Lynn Lobash, the creator, to take care of it and she did fix it, which I verified at 5:36 pm,  before I signed off for a few hours. However, the rogue books keep coming back, the lane won't stay hidden, and as of 10 pm on 8/17 she couldn't edit the lane either. 

Since then I've tried to hide the lane, I've tried to move it down so it's not on top, I've tried deleting other lanes and recreating them, and that blasted lane keeps deciding to show up on top, set to "visible," with it's incorrect, rogue content as of 12:30 am on 8/18, when publicity is going out.

This is not the first time this has happened. When demoing the circulation manager to our community, I created a lane called "Curation." A similar thing happened where the lane would not stay hidden, would not stay deleted, and would move to the top of the lane list no matter what I did. In that case the lane disappeared after 24 hrs. I've asked Leonard to delete the lane manually when he comes in in the morning if it's still there, but I'm listing times in hopes that there will be some server logs that we can check to see what's going on.

While this partially duplicates https://jira.nypl.org/browse/SIMPLY-2514 , this ticket includes more detail and a few different features of the bug. During refinement I'd like to discuss bundling both into a story or improvement.
