With the work of SIMPLY-2813, the user now has to decide what format they want their book to be in. To unblock 2813, we have just allowed there to be multiple borrow buttons, but there should be an easier/better user flow than this.

Questions:

1) As it currently stands right now, you have to decide what format your book should be in when you borrow the book, not when you open it. Therefore, you cannot borrow a book and then read it both on SimplyE and in the browser. Is this intended?
2) What should the actual user flow look like?
