      TAD here.

There are some UI updates that won’t impact performance directly, but could improve the user experience when operations are slow.

For instance, the loader image the user sees each time the libraries are fetched from the server could provide more information, like how much longer the user can expect to wait (0% → 100%).

Additionally, the SearchForm component erroneously displays “0 results” when a user enters a valid search term (ie, “New York”) before it receives the results of the API call. We could change this “0 results” message to be an interim loader image. We can also do something similar with the toggle to show the user that their click is actually being responded to.

Add details to main loading component, add loader visual to toggle, and search feature.
