When we look up an ISBN in OCLC Classify, we learn the author's sort name and VIAF ID, but we don't know the display name. Fortunately, VIAF usually provides a display name in response to a VIAF lookup.
We need a ContributorCoverageProvider which does a lookup for every Contributor with a VIAF ID and enhances the Contributor data with information from VIAF, which we consider near authoritative.
We have a VIAF parser already but it's focused on doing a lookup based on a name and an optional ISBN. The use case is the display name -> sort name lookup service. We're in a much easier situation – we have a VIAF ID and we want to find the display name.
